Kristie Millican

Kristie Millican is a dedicated residential real estate professional with the Tommy Pennington Realty Group, serving Southlake and the surrounding areas. As a native DFW Texan, she is passionate about spreading her love of Texas to those new to the area as well as those that have enjoyed the great state for many years.

With her bachelor of science degree in interdisciplinary studies from Texas A&M, Kristie began her career as a middle school math teacher all while being able to continue her love of dance as a high school drill team director. Being given the opportunity to stay home with her three children, Kristie began working alongside her husband, Wesley, by serving as office manager of his healthcare recruiting firm. They have lived in Southlake for the past eighteen years and have enjoyed all this community has to offer while also supporting their children’s activities of soccer, lacrosse and cheer. When not on a field or at a competition, Kristie enjoys time on Lake Granbury or in the mountains of Utah.

Her biggest passion by far is her desire to decorate and renovate. Partnering with her husband, they have garnered rental properties over the last ten years – she hopes to pass on her knowledge of this venture to help others with their own investment portfolio.
